While Warren has been gone, I painted and redecorated our bedroom. After a long time of not having a bed frame, we finally have one with matching furniture. The valance over the window is a creation. It was a fun project, but I was happy when it was finished. My Mom was awesome and helped with the kids and some painting! Thanks, Mom.

ReplyDeleteI have to laugh - I did this one time when Kurke was out of town on business for 5 weeks in a row. I re-did our entire bedroom - ha ha. A girl has got to do something when the husband is away (wink!!).
I love the color scheme you picked it looks modern and peaceful with the blue!
It's beautiful! We had a tread mill for a while. It held our laundry. :(
ReplyDeleteHey thanks, ladies! Cherie, before Warren left he told me he didn't want to know what projects I had planned. Although, he knew about this one. I am with you. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do when that husband is gone. :) It sure made time go. Alli, it's funny you mention the laundry thing, because at this current moment in time, that is indeed what lye's on my treadmill. Although, it needs to move tomorrow so I can actually use it. :)
